Solution 1: Run the Utility

This will reset the permissions of the folders that have been affected and will change settings to default.
As the file runs, you shall press any key to exit the DOS window.

Solution 2: Manually Readjusting Permissions
To manually transform approvals to full Control for the “system” as well as Everyone groups for the folder C: \ Documents as well as Settings \ All Users.
For Microsoft Windows Vista Systems:
