OSRS items have had completely vertical development

The above applies to everything else related to RuneScape. Because of these OSRS gold things, it is never going to be exactly the same. If you attempt to force individuals into worlds with restricted gear there'll be a first novelty but it won't last and people will get bored since everyone knows how to play so efficiently, so they will want their fast switches with OP weapon specials and shit.

If 1tick switch into dds spec is the best you can pull folks off struggle and will go to these worlds. Current meta pkers wouldnt because everybody would just walk from any fight with a guy eating beyond 21, have fun. Noobs could pk and understand and might because even if they got rekt the low assortment of surprises would make getting rekt less intimidating at the first location. I used to cimbo eat vs individuals who combo ate and did fast switches and had fun because you had to have 120 stacks just once an eclipse.

We truly need 2007 servers which remain untouched. RuneScape has changed too much and the veterans and older gamers ' are being alienated by plenty of changes the new playerbase welcomes. Sad to see this, frankly, as the older playerbase is the whole reason for the existence of OSRS.I would only request 1 server and one server holds four times less. 8k players concurrent doesn't mean just 8k players have been subscribed, as well. And as you've been enjoying OSRS since day 1, I have been enjoying since 2001 and I know a great deal of players who have left RuneScape because it is only a different game and the focus has changed too radically, same with participant mentality.The old playerbase is not the same as the new one; there are stark differences between those groups. It's simple enough to see for long time gamers.

And electricity creep within RuneScape is only likely to continue to negatively impact PKing in the Wilderness. There really isn't a fantastic means to reign it. Before Jagex has to make the choice to make PVP and PVM different concerning 24, it is merely a matter of time. Instead of head in this direction, I would prefer a 2007 untouched version of RuneScape; more folks PKed back then because it was very accessible and easier; you actually couldn't 1-tick in 2007 (something about how ticks worked, there are articles regarding this).

That's not actually everything.
