Not to be a downer buy RuneScape gold but the whole reason I was eager for movement changes was that PvM may actually feel good and not just be a gimmick of playing around tick motion. I don't require movement to be smooth and receptive when I'm only running through a town doing a quest, I need it to be responsive when I'm dodging a place based assault in ED or something. If the main reason for all the hype for the shift is still not being addressed and will be actually going to turn into an exception to the new norm with the modifications, which looks kind of counterproductive. I would possibly just prefer to keep everything the way it's now in that case, so that at least things are consistent and that I could somewhat possess an intuitive feel of this delay.

I had been and still kind I'm excited about the notion of such a basic aspect of the runescape game being upgraded as that is the kind of change I truly think RuneScape needs for long term longevity and was largely ignored (with the exception of bank rework, which was amazing and that I very much appreciate), but this feels like a half step that might not be well worth the trouble and could backfire when folks learn that it isn't going to assist PvM at all. I guess that is what most of us were actually hoping for and got so hyped about if we saw the trailer at Runefest, and I wonder if you are not setting up for another wave of community disappointment and backlash by not being more explicit about this aspect of the changes.

Please think about either delaying these adjustments until they can be made in a way that will benefit PvM, or at least saying what you have said here explicitly in a way that more of this neighborhood will see so that there will not be a lot of disappointment and outrage and crab emojis once it gets released and falls short of individuals' hopes and expectations. But I truly do believe you could be making a community relations error here and strongly urge you to consider the way you're implementing and advertising that this change and whether it may backfire if you stick with the current strategy.

Please for the love of god believe them if they say they don't know if these attributes are even possible. They need to spend some time designing and researching and preparing and trying to foresee and test issues about these highly experimental characteristics and at the worst (but very quite possible) case it will lead to the response that no it's not possible (or not possible more inclined as they would want to do something such as rewrite the runescape game from the ground up and freeze all new features for years). If people get hyped about this and Jagex sees that as a permit to do this highly experimental work runescape players need to appreciate that could mean less resources put on more OSRS Gold reliable updates (something runescape players are already whining about) and a risk it just will not work.
