In any case, if you find that SBCglobal email has stooped syncing on Outlook, you have to configure Outlook properly. You can do so by following these steps:

·        You need to go to the file option in Outlook.

·        There you have to go to manual setup option.

·        Now follow this instruction for IMAP and POP settings:

 

1.     IMAP Server Settings

Inbound server: mail.att.net

Outbound server: mail.att.net

Inbound port: 993

Outbound port: 465 or 587

2.     POP3 Server Settings

Inbound server: att.net

Outbound server: att.net

Inbound port: 995

Outbound port: 465
