Go to Firewall and click on Windows Firewall

Now, head to Advanced Settings as available on the Left pane and head to Inbound Rules > New Rule > Port and hit Next

Visit Program and look for QuickBooks.

From the drop-down menu, press on QuickBooks Database Service Manager and click on Add Folder.

Browse and add QuickBooks folder through the C Drive and minimize this tab.

IMPORTANT: If some other folder is listed there, please look for it and delete it.


Open QuickBooks and tap on Open or Restore a current File.
