Visual Dynamics is continuing its popular "NBA 2K" series this year with the release of "NBA 2K20."
"NBA 2K20 MT Coins" will have
plenty of new features as well as upgrades to previous features. It also
looks like "NBA 2K20" will have less competition in the gaming world
this year. EA Sports usually releases its basketball title, "NBA Live,"
around the same time as the "NBA 2K" franchise, but the release date for
that game has been delayed. There have been no updates to "NBA Live" —
not even a cover athlete announcement.
As for "NBA 2K," there are two different athletes gracing the cover of
the game's three editions. Lakers forward Anthony Davis is on the
Standard and Digital Deluxe covers while retired Heat guard Dwyane Wade
is on the Legend Edition. We'll break down all of the differences below,
along with the new features and everything else there is to know about
the game ahead of its release.
The "NBA 2K20" release date is Friday, Sept. 6. A free demo will be available for download on Wednesday, Aug. 21.
There are no early editions of the game, unlike Madden, which allowed
users to buy special editions early. Sept. 6 is the global release date
for the major platforms including Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Windows PC
and Nintendo Switch. All three editions release that day.
"NBA 2K20" will also be available on Google Stadia, but since that
gaming system doesn't release until November, you won't be able to
purchase the game until then.Read More
