When your system indicates printer Error Code 016-302, the first thing
to do is to check the hardware. One way to do
this is to restart the printer without the data cable. Follow the steps below
to proceed:
1. Turn the printer off from
the source.
2. Remove all data cables and
wireless adaptors.
3. Switch the printer on
without the cables.
4. When the printer finishes the
Power on Self-Test, print a settings report.
