NEW DELHI Nike Air Vapormax Flyknit Mens , Aug. 10 (Xinhua) -- India's top environmental court National Green Tribunal (NGT) Thursday ordered a ban on the use of non-biodegradable plastic bags in the capital city New Delhi, officials said.

"The NGT today imposed an interim ban on use of non-biodegradable plastic bags which are less than 50 microns in the entire national capital Nike Air Vapormax Mens ," an official said.

The court said anyone found in possession of such banned plastic bags would have to pay a fine.

The green panel directed local government in New Delhi to seize the stocks of plastic within one week.

The court last year banned the use of disposable plastic in Delhi and national capital region (NCR) with effect from Jan. 1 this year and directed the government to take steps to reduce dumped waste.

Indian government is aggressively campaigning for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Movement) to make an effort to see the entire country green and clean.

The campaign kick-started after Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of the country.

NEW DELHI, July 28 (Xinhua) -- India's Supreme Court Friday rejected a 10-year-old rape victim's plea to abort her foetus.

A two-judge bench Nike Air Vapormax Flyknit Womens , led by Chief Justice of India J.S. Khehar, took the decision based on the assessment of doctors who said a medical termination was not safe for the girl or the foetus.

The girl Nike Air Vapormax Womens , who was raped by her uncle, is 32 weeks pregnant. Indian law does not permit medical terminations after 20 weeks unless there is a threat to the mother's life.

The plea for abortion was filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of the girl by a lawyer after a lower court in the Indian city of Chandigarh had earlier rejected her petition for abortion.

The girl's pregnancy was discovered by doctors when her parents took her to a hospital for medical check-up after she complained of stomach pain.

The girl then narrated her ordeal to her parents and doctors Nike Air Vapormax Flyknit , saying that her uncle had raped her over seven months.

Rapes of women, including minors Nike Air Vapormax , are on the rise in India, despite the government toughening laws against sexual assaults post 2012 fatal and brutal gangrape of a medical student in Delhi.

Four of the men who had raped the 23-year-old student on a moving bus were sentenced to death by the top court earlier this year while the main accused ended his life during trial.

The sixth accused Cheap Air Vapormax Flyknit , being a minor at the time of the crime, was let off after serving three years in a remand facility.

DAMASCUS, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- The second stage of a recent Turkish-Russian understanding about imminent Syrian peace talks in Astana is obscure, as the first step of a cease-fire has been disturbed by military gears and mutual distrust, analysts say.

When the recent cease-fire was agreed upon by Turkey and Russia last week, it presented a glimpse of hope to this war-ravaged country that another attempt following several previous cease-fires and talks meant renewed hope with respect to reaching a solution to the close to six-year-old crisis in Syria.

Ever since the cease-fire went into effect last Friday, the violence rate dropped significantly across the country, baring areas controlled by the Islamic State (IS) group and the al-Qaida-linked Nusra Front.

Noteworthy, the al-Qaida-linked Nusra Front changed its name to the Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, or the Front for Conquering the Levant, in a desperate bid to divert attention away from its ties to the global terrorist network, which it claimed it had severed its ties with.

The Nusra name change attempt didn't absolve it from the "terrorist organization" label, and it remains a significant terrorist group which was excluded, along with the other ultra-radical IS, from the cease-fire.

The cease-fire is considered a first step in the Russian-Turkish deal, with planned peace talks expected in Astana, Kazakhstan, later this month.

Analysts in Syria expressed conflicting opinions regarding the prospects of the cease-fire deal, some admiring the upcoming Astana meeting, while others maintained their skepticism and are merely observing the shaky first step, whose collapse means no second option.

Both optimists and skeptics have their reasons and they are equally logical.

Arafat, a member from the Change and Liberation Front opposition party, expected commitment from the parties involved in the current cease-fire, despite breaches each side accuses the other for.

He pointed out that the recent deal was concluded between Russia and Turkey only, excluding the U.S. and other regional players, such as Gulf States, at least for now, which means two of the most influential powers from each party of the conflict are directly involved.

It's also worth noting that Russia and Turkey named themselves as "guarantors" of the cease-fire, and stated that the next step will be holding talks in . Authentic MLB Jerseys China   Cheap NFL Jerseys   Throwback NFL Jerseys Wholesale   Custom Soccer Jerseys Cheap   Replica NHL Jerseys From China   Cheap New NBA Jerseys   Cheap Custom MLB Jerseys   Cheap Jerseys China Wholesale   Cheap Adidas NHL Jerseys   Cheap Football Jerseys
