To change the NETGEAR username and the password:
1) Go to the web browser and type routerlogin.net in the address bar of the browser.
2) Enter the default username and password (Default username: Admin / Default password: password)
3) Click OK. The basic homepage will appear select wireless.
4) Enter new username as you want in the Name (SSID) field.
5) Enter the new password.
6) Click apply
