No, you cannot retrieve the AT&T email password
but you can change it. For this procedure,
you will have to reset AT&T
email password and
the steps are described over here in steps.

First of all, you will have to click on forgot
password link.

Then enter the
AT&T email address with the last
name.

After that, you can choose the password recovery
option from the drop-down menu.
