Since Gromek999 describes with a gif, the most important tank was under the effect of a debuff called Burning Adrenaline if they inadvertently used their Hearthstone. The tank has been instantly teleported rather than having the chance to cancel the spell during its protracted cast time since one of the consequences of Burning Adrenaline is to earn all cast instantly. Together with the tank Vaelastrasz was able to pick the more squishy members of this party off.
