It’s been a long time coming, but we finally have a BRED, or black red colourway on the adidas NMD.
it has easily become one of the most popular and highly sought after
sneakers at the moment, especially the Primeknit versions. The upper
takes on the dark theme with everything covered in black including the
laces, inner lining and branding. Both are highlighted with a stitched
ankle collar, with one coming dressed in a “Bred”-like theme and the
other in Navy. That hype is set to continue with even more designs, not
to mention the upcoming XR1 model. Unlike earlier models, this pair will
be covered with synthetic mesh as opposed to Primeknit. For now, this
silhouette stays true to the original. The upper is crafted with tightly
woven mesh for lightweight comfort and durability.
The adidas NMD in “Black/Red”
will join the Triple Black, Solar Red, Panda and more NMD colorways
that will be releasing in the future.Other impressive features include
the addition of neoprene to the heel giving added comfort and not
forgetting the Ultra Boost sole underfoot. This OG colorway comes with a
Black Primeknit upper, a full length White Boost midsole, and red and
blue EVA inserts on the midsole. Delivering re-energising protection,
this is one shoe that’s guaranteed to impress. Of course, the NMD design
wouldn’t be complete without those iconic EVA midsole plugs.Adding to
the adidas NMD XR1 lineup, the Three Stripes will be releasing a duo of
new colorways for the month of November. That’s complimented by the three
stripe branding to the sidewall and synthetic overlay to the rear.
Completing the highly prized BRED colourway, these feature in red.
