Carolina Panthers2016 record: 5-8 | Week 14 ranking: 23QB Cam Newton has completed 43.0 percent of his passes the past four weeks, but the Panthers are 2-2 in that stretch and averaging a respectable 22.5 points per game. Imagine what the Panthers could be doing with Newton playing at even an average level. Carolina heads to Washington for Monday Night Football in Week 15.23. New Orleans Saints2016 record: 5-8 | Week 14 ranking: 26Drew Brees has thrown no touchdowns and three interceptions in each of his past two games, the first quarterback to do so in back-to-back games since Tyler Palko in 2011. No quarterback has done it in three straight, so expect a better day for Brees against the Cardinals in Week 15.24.
