If your Quicken application has stopped working all of a sudden and you are no longer able to access the files in the software, then you should immediately do the needful as suggested.
· Firstly create a copy of all your data files.
· Create a new name for the files in the same folder and star to copy pasting the files.
· Once done, open the files that you have copied
· Click on Validate files and then on Rebuilding investing lots.`
· When you click on Validate and repair, press the shift and control key together.
· Fix the errors associated with it.
