TOKYO， Feb. 6 (Xinhua) -- Tokyo shares closed higher on Monday with market confidence boosted by upbeat U.S. jobs data for January as well as gains in financial shares.
The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average ended up 58.51 points， or 0.31 percent， from Friday at 18，976.71.
