China and Finland on Monday agreed to further lift bilateral ties through pragmatic cooperation and enhancing exchanges between legislative bodies.
The pledge came as Finnish Parliament Speaker Maria Lohela met with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang Authentic Tom Brady Jersey , and held talks with Chinese top legislator Zhang Dejiang in Beijing.
Li told Lohela China had always adhered to a policy of mutual respect and equality, which was an important principle in safeguarding world peace and multiculturalism.
He said China was willing to enhance cooperation in the areas that Finland had advantages, such as innovation, clean energy, environmental protection and vocational education.

Lohela said Finland was ready to work with China to take a long-term perspective to develop bilateral ties.
During her talks with Zhang, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), later on Monday Authentic Duke Dawson Jersey , Lohela was briefed by Zhang on the recent 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
Calling Finland a major Nordic country and EU member, Zhang said he hoped Finland could exert a positive influence on the development of China-EU relations.
He suggested the NPC and the Finnish Parliament intensify exchanges at various levels to enhance mutual understanding and political trust.
"The two legislatures need to create a better policy and legal environment for the economic cooperation on key areas of innovation, green development and coordinated development," Zhang said.
He also called for closer cultural exchanges and local cooperation.
Lohela said Chinese President Xi Jinping's state visit to Finland last April consolidated and lifted bilateral ties.

ISTANBUL, Dec. 13 (Xinhua) -- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday urged the Islamic world to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine Derek Rivers Jersey , while Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas refused any U.S. involvement in the peace process.
Addressing an extraordinary summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Istanbul, Erdogan called on countries to recognize "Jerusalem as the capital city of the occupied Palestine," while Abbas urged the world to recognize the state of Palestine.
The Turkish leader described U.S. President Donald Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as the Israeli capital as a threat to all humanity, calling on Washington to withdraw the "wrong, provocative and unlawful" decision.
"The U.S. decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital Malcom Brown Jersey , above all, means punishing Palestinians who have proven numerous times that they side with peace instead of violence," said Erdogan.
"The U.S. has lost its mediator role in the Israel-Palestine peace process, and we will never allow in the future that the U.S. takes part in the process," Abbas said.

As Turkey holds the rotating chair of the group, Erdogan called for an extraordinary summit with a view to drawing up a roadmap for Muslim nations to follow as they oppose the U.S. decision on Jerusalem.
A joint declaration is to be issued at the conclusion of the one-day summit.
The status of Jerusalem is at the core of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, as Palestinians are hoping for an independent state with East Jerusalem at the capital.
