Not able to print because the printer is stuck in offline status? This is a common issue and to fix that just follow the below-mentioned steps:

1.   First, Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.

2.   Open and run HPPSdr.exe from your downloads.

3.   After HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer from the options.

·         If you are not able to find your printer on the list just turn off your printer and then turn it back on and then click on Retry.

·         If the problem is due to connection, then just follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.

4.   If a message is coming on the screen asking you to update, then click yes and continue.

5.   If a message is displaying on the screen asking to make your printer default printer, then click yes and continue.

The mentioned steps should get you through your issues. However, if it does not then you can contact HP Printer Customer Care Number for further assistance.
