Description

We don't automatically permanently prohibit anyone for Rainbow Six Siege Items toxicity and some other permanent bans for which are done through manual inspection. We do have individuals who undergo and review players that get multiple bans for this and see what is happening and if it is worthy of a permanent ban.

We have other things like a chat filter which we have mentioned in previous toxicity communications that we're working on. A conversation filter supersedes an auto-ban as if a message is never sent then there's no need to ban someone for it. We have longer term things that we're working towards this could possibly create the auto-ban for toxicity feature obsolete. We don't know yet but we'll see how that develops.

How about dealing with hackers?

Anti-cheat, similar to buy Rainbow Six Siege Credits toxicity, is an evolving process that we are going to keep on working on. It is not the only thing we are working on: along with the two-step affirmation requirement for ranked, we're focusing on things like gaining back any MMR missing when you play against a cheater, and we're also increasing our penetration testing efforts .
