Fortnite Season 5 Update Patch Notes: New Map Areas, Vehicle, Rifts Detailed

Season 5 of Fortnite has finally arrived, with developer Epic Games updating the action to introduce new Fortnite Traps content and tweaks.

 The patch is being pushed from all platforms across the globe, and Epic has released the complete Fortnite Season 5 patch notes for what's included.

 For the battle royale mode, the highlights add the All Terrain Kart, a whole new vehicle that will carry a whole squad.

In addition to this, the map has been updated with new locations for instance Lazy Links and Paradise Palms, and a brand new desert biome. There's also been some changes in the way the Storm circles work, along with how the overall game performs in its entirety.

"Viking ships, desert outposts, and ancient statues have appeared over the island," reads a state description. "Hop inside an All Terrain Kart (ATK) together with mmoah your squad and uncover all-new mysteries and locations await."
