Namco Bandai and Prope’s upcoming Digimon Adventure RPG will launch in Japan on January 17, 2013, this week’s Jump reveals. And it won’t just cover the primary season and Our War Game movie.?It could have original Digimon Masters Online Tera stories, also.
Upon clearing the overall game, players will gain access to an authentic story that literally brings together the anime’s six protagonists (Tai, Davis, Takato, Takuya, Marcus, and Taiki [or Gerry, as he’s named in Digimon Xros Wars’ upcoming 2013 localization Digimon Fusion Battle]) in the mysterious airspace interlacing time. Screenshots show Digimon Xros Wars‘ OmegaShoutmon lending his strength to Tai and Wargreymon.
The magazine also reveals the experience’s first run bonus. Jump aboard early, and you’ll have a download code for Digivice Ver. PSP. A single screenshot shows a pixelized Agumon displayed on Tai’s classic Digivice.
Other shots within this week’s issue show Izzy with Tai within his apartment during Our War Game, plus the battle with Greymon and Kabuterimon from the deadly virus Digimon Infermon. You’ll also see Digi-Pieces, which you'll want to combine together with your Digimon to heighten their attributes, providing the pieces fit! Well, good news!
