That could be Godfall, the next-gen PC and PS5 match out this fall, a"looter-slasher" published by Gearbox. But if we are sticking with the familiar, that might turn out to
Diablo Gold be Torchlight 3, rather. Torchlight 3 is not a title, but instead a version and name change. Torchlight Frontiers was a sport that has been in testing for some time and Runic Games has come out with an announcement about its fate.
From that testing, the feedback they received, and that they agreed with, was that Torchlight Frontiers turned and ought to be tweaked to Torchlight 3 rather. This also has a model change, as Frontiers was going to become a free-to-play MMORPG, but has become a"premium" pay-up-front title instead, which I doubt many gamers will worry about.
Back when Diablo was the ARPG around, both chief rivals were Torchlight and Path of Exile, two quite different takes on the same concept. I always gravitated more toward Torchlight, as it felt more rewarding and less complex than it had been to learn the intricacies of PoE, which I never got into. Suffice to say I'm extremely excited to see what Torchlight 3 will be like, particularly with a turn into MMORPG territory.
We are aware that Torchlight 3 will be released some time in 2020, meaning that yes, it will get here before Diablo 4 and scratch that
buy Diablo Immortal Gold itch for a while. Torchlight wasn't a series I put a ton of time into ("just" a few hundred hours, possibly ), compared to Diablo, however a full-on sequel undoubtedly gets me more excited than Frontiers and whatever its f2p gimmicks could have been.
