Because you may or may not know, you can actually alter what day the build tick happens on (instead of Tuesdays). I had been thinking, if we are to change the construct tick at any moment, right after grade 7 could be a good time to do so. Here's what I am thinking: A weekend construct tick may be fine for individuals, so individuals who cap at the last minute have a Friday/Saturday to perform it (normally less busy with work/school), and also people who prefer to cheap RS gold cap first thing have a similiar opening.
