I don't know if I would point to classic wow gold some one important"item", although clearly the Activision mix is one of the largest ones. However, I think you are right in they became complacent and also forgot what made them popular to start with. Look at Diablo 3's launch, the lead guy working on it'd open disdain for the prior director, there was this arrogant feeling to the whole design and release that everyone would play it just depending on the title. It is a pity, but it is the nature of the games business also.

Businesses come and go for all sorts of reasons. Blizzard will sort itself out or fade off.If there is something that's been consistent regarding wow forms from 2004 to today is nonstop complaining and raging. The 2 things I hated about WOTLK was that the return of Naxx and the Argent tourney. Especially since it was the first raid after dropping cash for the Xpac. And also the argent tourney had the strangest dailies ever and a"raid" that you sat in 1 shitty appearing dirt floored room for 90 percent of it.I think having Naxx was nice. However, it being the very first thing that you encounter was just rather meh timing. But anyhow they made up for it with Ulduar.Ulduar was the best raid Blizzard ever produced and it had been quickly made irrelevant from the worst raid Blizzard ever made. It is mind boggling. It felt weird to cancel my sub shortly after having the most fun in the sport I have ever needed.
Blizzard said they left the Argent tourney raid because Ulduar took too many man hours and cheap wow classic gold dollars (it truly was epic, therefore many bosses, so many chambers, virtually every fight designed well)... enjoy, a stunt worthy of a multi billion dollar company.
