Well, it has been for a while as time has gone, but it's become more evident. Like it started nibbling its toe when SoF premiered and today it's 2019 and it's chewed through its legs.It has been just Jagex's shortage of RuneScape gold a fantastic strategy together with investing much into cellular which disturbs them. However, Shauny did state that whilest he worked there almost everyone he knew had improved their position in the company and why he didnt get the CM job was mostly because he had been too good at doing exactly what he did that meant he could not be substituted. That is not a good explanation but according to him there is lots of investing in employees, he was just the unlucky one.He was hoping to be promoted to Old CM, that's the identical job but with management functions. He was hopeful (at least from what I understand) his preparedness of Poerkie would give higher-ups insight to his management capabilities, which sadly did not happen for him. They dangled the carrot, but he finally got the shaft.
Cant say anything in that flow I didnt anticipate. They dont understand the damage the mtx does. Whole gaming industry doesnt tbh. I dont think mtx can survive in its current form as authorities will step in to regulate it since they put themselves into buy OSRS gold this position.Basically the gist I got from that stream. Change mtx into something thats ganna be longterm legal. (That may be okay and even positive - but governments are pushing this.) Adding more mtx in other ways ontop of this. Idk - Alot of all PR bs imo. This is a gambling industry issue. I hate to say - But they wont stop and it needs things to step in and govern them. Ganna still be damage to the community and morale. People have left, its getting vacant, jmods are leaving too - carrying away their expertise. These kinds of things have already caused damage that was enormous. Word and Word wont work. Promotion is shit anyway. Mtx will be unattractive to fresh runescape players. People people who have quit certainly wont be convinced to return. Entire stream just fell flat. I dont think'actions' are the actions that are expected to make things healthy again. Its 'activities' for reasons so they can continue. I prefer being told that upfront. Thats basically what this stream did. Didnt really learn something. Very very shauny was not there too. He is a loss to them and people.
