According to a news release from the Illinois Lottery, the winning ticket matched all five numbers — 03-14-19-30-32 — to win the $1.05 million during the Nov. 20, 2019 midday drawing.

"We strongly encourage all of our players to check and double-check their tickets," Illinois Lottery Acting Director Harold Mays said, in the news release.
