As somebody who had to
WOW TBC Gold give up playing classic as a result of insufficient time, it has its own flaws, because it is a really old sport now, but it did a lot too. It didn't have a ton of throwaway pieces. Everything in classic has been basically required, so as to operate somewhere else in classic. I have not seen a game with systems that incorporated since then.

It was fine, but I was not excited. Hilariously, I adored MoP, since I loved the unwanted stuff (but not a lot of the dailies).
I really don't think any expansion since MOP really improved on the game. It's basically the same game it's been for a long time, but using a hard to swallow story (I kind of lost track of what occurred after MoP,) fresh zones, and some surface level material switched around and lost after the previous expansion. If anything, it prevents gaining difficulties and plot holes.

I feel you. I get actual nostalgic for some wow but then read up on the present xpac and decide against it. I dont have a tonne of time anymore but MOP was the previous xpac I did the raids for. I quested a little from the xpac after but got pissed at times questing zones (I can not play with my buddy now since hes 1 quest ahead wut? Sometimes I feel like I should have sold my accounts at summit cata days where I'd like 5 max level characters with
